SET 2?!!

Posted by JONA at 12:35 PM 0 comments

Even though we have few homework, few teachers, few seat works ,many free time, still I consider this week as the most tiring. Why? After eating big friend chicken and half plate of spaghetti, (sponsored by AK... BELATED!) we played volleyball set asiding that we have just eaten. We played for an hour and finished a set in our pustahan. Hahaha! The mechanics is the loser team have to treat the winner team whatever they want outside the campus. In the first set, we're down! So we'll assure that we grab the 2nd set. Hihihi! xP

Next week is our P.T. and I haven't review for it. Haha! We also have the GSP camp. I have many things to do but still, I managed to attend to my cousin's baptism so now, 3:18 am, I'm still doing my post for this week. I have to make my comic strip in Math and I'm not sure if I'm submit it on time but I'll do ny best. Hahu! I can do this! AJA! xP

LABANDEARRR!!!!!!!!!!

A week without classes is so much fun. I didn't say classes aren't fun. XP Since the camp is on Thursday, campers were very busy practicing, preparing, and conditioning ourselves for our assigned assignments or task for the event. We were even pulled out of classes to help organize everything. I was assigned for the yell and cheer but I auditioned for jingle.. Ahu ahu! Soon, I and my cheer mates found ourselves looking for a teacher who may help us in making cheer and yell so we went to them but they're busy. Because of the words of encouragement of a teacher, we decided to stick to the plan and just make our own; it's not a contest anyway. XP

THURSDAY. First day of camping. We arrived at PGMHS and surprised because it was so big. Hahaha! I'm sure, we'll enjoy staying there. At first, we explore the place and found that is was flooded but not that much. We watched the talent portion of Bb. and G. Kalikasan. I can say that our representatives are great as well as the other candidates. Later, we have the parade and I and the other cheerleader, of course, lead the Regional Science delegation for the mixed yell and cheer. XP It worked well because of the help of my Patrol Leader (Hahaha!)

FRIDAY. Second day, early in the morning, ( o.0 I'm not yet sleeping) we had our exercise and orientation for the grouping. We're so excited 'cause we're eager to meet new faces and hope to have cute group mate, RIGHT?. XP Again, prayers answered! We have this cute but not that much approachable group mate. Ayiieh! That day, we have the Nature Trail wherein we walk in the flooded field of the campus, answer some environment-related riddles, puzzles, and questions, crawl like a baby, hop like a kangaroo, walk through the flooded pathway, and race to the end. In short, it was a fun amazing race! :)

SATURDAY. Last day. Because we prepared for this event, we bagged many medals, certificates and trophies. We did our best to excel; at the same time have fun. SULIT! Next year, if  not blacklisted, I'll join the camp! XP Hahahaha!

STRIP BY STRIP..

Posted by JONA at 9:49 AM 0 comments

Actually, I can't remember anything about this week except for comic strips. This week we've been busy doing our comic strip in Chemistry and soon in Mathematics. I wonder if our teacher can read all of our projects and I hope not. I admit that mine wasn't that hmmmm, I can say, neat, interesting and meaningful. It's just all about solutions where I don't excel so I don't have the enthusiasm when I'm doing that just desperation to submit an output. I even have -15 for submitting it late. Hahaha! xD

One of our teachers announced that the yearly Regional Science Camp will be next week on Sta. Cruz, Laguna and so there will be a contest or more like to be a audition for who will be representing our division in specified contests for the camp. Some of us like the ones who also joined this camp last year exchanged glances and smile as if talking. I wanna join! I hope my mother will allow me to. I'm just worrying if the school where we will stay is flooded. (I hope not!) Hihihi... xD

ONDOY..

Posted by JONA at 7:15 PM 0 comments

September 26, 2009

This week was I think the most unforgettable of all not only because we don't have classes for almost a week but also because of "Ondoy", the storm that did so much destruction to the nation.

Typhoon Ondoy struck last Saturday, September 26, 2009. Everyone wasn't prepared for it since no weather forecast about typhoon Ondoy's intensity was announced. Me? I just slept and did my assignments. I didn't feel that Ondoy was there but when I opened the t.v.... "AH!" that was the first word (?) escaped my mouth. I was so surprised for I thought everything was okay since my mother even attend to her appointments that day but I was wrong. My fellow Filipinos were suffering. I just prayed that everyone would be safe and everything will be okay. When my mother arrived from her check-up, she told us that she actually walk through the flood. ew? She immediately took a shower and continued to her story. Manila was flooded as well as well as where I live. She check our relatives especially my grandparents if they were okay. Thank God, they're all alright but we don't have any communication with my auntie in Bulacan and we're so worried about her. We tried to contact her the next day and fortunately we're able to talk to her. Before I sleep, I was wondering if we will have classes tomorrow. I hope none.. Yipee!

Prayers answered! Tuesday up to Friday, classes suspended. Hihi! X) Since I already made my homework, I just slept, ate, played audition, and surfed the net but then I wasn't able to make a post. I'm not into posting these past few weeks. Maybe I got bored doing it or maybe something else caught my attention. xJ

MAGIC!

Posted by JONA at 6:46 AM 0 comments

Yeah. This post is so much delayed for we were in a life-and-death situation this past week. At first, I don't care at all since some of them just complimented on the MAGIC we're doing but soon as our own mother burst out yelling at us with regards to that issue, I was alarmed! I'm not surprised with how she act that day but on what she said that very hour. For me, it's too much but then I had to widen my understanding why she had said those things. I know, we hurt her so much, she was very disappointed and we were really sorry for it. We're trying to fix everything, put things back in order and win her back for once. I hope we will.

That day, I thought everything was ordinary but when she started acting unusual, I nearly whisper to my seatmate... WTF?! How can you picture a room without electric fan, comfort room, water and lights? Hell, right? Well, I think we deserved what we had experienced that day. Even though we were in drought, we still managed to smile and laugh despite of the complications. Perspiration was our worst enemy and bad odor is another. We're making improvised fans just to feel immediate air on the atmosphere. Yeah!

Next day, we didn't expect that our "punishment" had been pulled out that fast. We even bought fans because we thought it wouldn't last so at that very moment she told our class president to turn on the electric fans, everybody has many questions in mind. Everybody kept asking themselves "Why?" (I know 'cause they told me. xP) Since that day, we never talked about things about it. We found ourselves making up for what we had done and starting our day just the way it is before. :)

Next post!!!!!!!!!!!

HALO-HALO!

Posted by JONA at 12:30 AM 0 comments

I had a little bit mix of emotions this week. I don't know what to feel when suddenly everything changed and I don't even know how and why. (AHU? drama! Hahaha!)

Last Friday, we presented our very own poem interpretation of "The Passionate Shepherd to His Love" by Christopher Marlowe and "The Nymph's Reply to the Shepherd" by Sir Walter Raleigh. Everyone knew that it's not our best performance for we could have make it more presentable if we have given more time and everybody cooperate from the start but no one regrets that we're in one group. YEAH!. We had our props such as confetti made of crepe paper, artificial and real flowers, crowns made of santan and sun which they just made before the presentation. We used human props since we're too many to portrait the nymph and the shepherd. I'm one of the nymphs. Hehehe. My group mates were good in making actions so I didn't find any difficulty. Hahaha!! (They're making actions for me XP) Our ending seems to work out just fine except of the delivery of the three "Musketeers" even though we haven't plan of it. At the end of the period, we realized our weak points as well as our strong points. Instead of choosing one section based on our grades in the Poem recital to represent the juniors for English/Speech Fest this coming February, our teacher decided to select 10 students from each of the section to be in the Fest. Hope I'm one of them. hihi! XD

I wanna have intrams but not like yesterday. It was boring though I'm participating in the yell. Actually, 3rd yearsare the most kulelat of all the teams. We don't have cooperation but we have team spirit especially the other section. Hahaha!! They made the yell while us, standing.... waiting for them to finish and spread what they made. Soon, we found ourselves yelling something we and they can't understand but it's okay, I don't care. After their so-called OPENING PROGRAM (well, I don't consider it one 'cause it's... hmm, magulo! hahahha!), I just sat on the pavilion with my friend and started talking. Since it's raining in that very hour, the club decided to have indoor games instead of ball games. Before going home, I watched our team's game in badminton. Unfortunately, we lost but again it's okay, it's just the start of intrams. There's many more to come!

Thursday. Not much to tell. The Baguio people just had just arrived and gave us pasalubong-sweets. I can call that day a "SWEET DAY" Hehe. They brought many sweet foods for us like choco flakes peanut brittle, and a ..... heaven (that's what they call it.) XD oooh! And it's the birthday of Nicole. :)

Wednesday. It's my special day as my friend described it but .... I guess I hurt someone that day. ??????? I fell asleep on my special night. How stupid! Anyways, whatever happens I know, understanding people is the key to success... weh? Ahu Ahu!

Tuesday, we were told to make crystal out of the supersaturated solution of alum and water through abrupt cooling. I wasn't able to do it right since I don't really understand our teacher's instructions. Tsk.. It's okay for me to have deduction at least I will submit one. Hahahaha!!! :)

I'm really bothered with my friend's treatment to me lately. I can't imagine that he actually turn into someone when I did something that made him disgust me so much. AI AMBOT!

Til my next blog... CHU CHU CHUCHENES! RED RADON IS ON THE WAY....! AHUS AHUS!
(madaliang post) hahaha!

I LOVE IT!

Ganyan kalaki eyebags niya. mwahahaha! PEACE!
Hmm...... Last night, I was awakened by the ring of my phone telling me to get up and answer it. I answer my phone and not to my surprise, it was my beloved PANDA. :) Since my cell phone can't receive messages, he did a way for me not to miss him much... (OWS?) Hahahha! We talked about so many things and stayed up until 5:00 in the morning. Fun isn't it? Even though I was not able to sleep properly (also PANDA) still I don't regret having conversation with my PET. mwahahaha! It was the longest talk I have through phone and surprisingly, it's not boring at all. He did a lot of stuff just to keep me awake and I appreciate it. :) I hope that will happen again...peeweeet!!! THANK YOU.

STINGING DAY...

"Avoid criticizing the person you see in front of you ....... 'cause you might also be an irritation to the millions of eyes behind you."

Monday. Since we don't have classes because of  I don't know, we had our practice of our presentation for Buwan ng Wika in our school and fortunately, we were able to finish it. I just don't know if we will be able to do what we had planned properly since some of the cast weren't there to practice.

Tuesday is very tiring since I'm one of the players in volleyball and also one of the performers. We stayed in the venue of the game for almost 7 hours, playing for our school. We won the 2nd place and went back with smile on our faces. We immediately changed attire as soon as we arrived. Our group mates made some changes on the steps and position but we managed to do our part properly without even practicing before the presentation. We receive some compliments which made us thankful to each other. mwahahaha!! :)

Last Thursday, everyone was busy preparing the materials in making ice cream for Chemistry class but I'm not. After rolling the big can where the small can of ice cream mixture and ice with rock salt were in for almost an hour, our effort has been paid off when our ice cream mixture harden which is the main objective of the activity though this activity cost more than the commercial ice cream. It was fun yet exhausting. We ate each other's ice cream and found our tummies aching, maybe too mush ice cream and excitement. mwahahhaha!!!!

Friday, we had our new seating arrangement and to my disappointment, I don't like to be with my new seatmate. urgh! Everyone knows why but good thing he's not there for a week because of the leadership training he's in. We also had the first PTC for this year and there came many surprises. Some excel and some didn't. Some did just fine to maintain their standing. I want to congratulate my classmates and myself for being studious enough to pass this grading. mwahahaha! I'm very happy 'cause my loved ones were very proud of me even though I'm not that high. mwahahaha!
Despite of all the achievements, of course there were failures. My cell phone gave up last Tuesday because of I don't know, maybe overused which made me desperate to make it work again or buy another. As my prize for getting high grades, I beg my mother to buy me a new cell phone but I failed to convince her. She said that she will give me what I ask on my birthday. Haix. But I can't wait for that day since I have something important to do with it. Tsk!!!!!! X|

MISSING SOMETHING!

Posted by JONA at 11:41 PM 0 comments

These pictures were taken last intramurals held inside the school campus.

This week is all about disappointment
First on the list is we don't have INTRAMURALS.. Yeah right. The event I've been waiting for is gone and that made me hate the club assigned to manage that event but then, when I discovered the reason behind this missing event, I was satisfied yet still disappointed. By the way, I have to tell why it's one of the events I've been waiting for. First is, we all know that when it's Sports week, students as well as teachers don't have classes to attend. For short, Intrams is a week of relief from nose bleeding. X) Second, I have the opportunity to play my sport, volleyball. Actually, I'm not that good but I knew I can return the hits of the opponent. Yeah! Third, the team shirt. Even though it will need some amount to make that, of course, I'm willing to pay for it. Aside from having a new shirt from our intrams, I'll be able to show my desire name and number. Hahaha! And I plan to put "JP" and "09" there. Every time, I think about JP, I can't resist from smiling. :) mwahahaha!

Second, I was one of the performers on our sadulawit that will be presented next Tuesday for our Buwan ng Wika and we have less than a week to practice. Too cramming, right? Hai. The Filipino Club officers in our room were looking for an impersonator of Juan Dela Cruz for the presentation and I volunteered to play his part but I was just kidding that time. I was shocked when they took that seriously and appointed me to be Juana Dela Cruz instead of Juan. That's how I was picked. Tsk. So I have to do some acting and dancing for the play which made me nervous 'cause I'm not a person with multiple talents but at the end of the practice I realized that I enjoyed being Juana. :) I hope our play will be a success and our teachers will be proud of us.

Third is with connection with the intrams. Next week will be the District Meet wherein players from each school in Maragondon will be chosen to compete with other players to be in WCSU. The question is how can they choose representatives from a particular game if we don't have intrams that will serve as filter or elimination round for players? Get me?! Never mind. XJ Last Friday, they began to choose from sophomores to seniors who will represent our school for the District Meet and I'm very thankful that I'll be one of them. :)

Hmm, I hope 'they' will change their minds about having intramurals.

"Whatever"

"A tongue has no bones.... but it can break a heart."
I'm very disappointed with what my "best bud" said to me this morning. That single word made me think "what have I said wrong?" I'm really hurt but I think that doesn't matter to him. I guess, I'm just over reacting. hehe XJ

Another friend made a prank on me ,telling that she's going to Singapore. Tsk. I cried. Haha. She's one of my best friends. I can't resist crying. But then, I'm just over reacting. :)

Judgment day..

"The more we think of the future, the more we forget the present"

I passed and failed.
In Math, I passed but not contented with my score. It's not the lowest but I'm expecting to get higher than what I got. Nagreview pa man din ako. x| In Chemistry, I can't imagine that I'll pass. Well, I did and I'm very happy.(first time xD) In Physics, not quite. I did passed.(pasang awa hehe xD) I also passed in Filipino, MAPEH, and English. Of course, in Analytic Geometry,I failed and I don't have anything to do with it. It's done, right? I and my mother just have to accept that I'm not that good in Anal.Geom. haha!

We took our tests in A.P. and in Advanced Stat. this week since our test last week was postponed. I almost give up in Ad Stat. and I'm ready to fail that subject. The next day, we checked our A.P. test paper (I'm confident that I'll get good grade 'cause I have reviewed.) and I passed! (my first time again! XD)

Since we had performed a skit about food-borne diseases, our classmates decided to make a video of their trip last Thursday. It was NNNN, a segment in Banana Split which we used to watch because of it's humor. They practiced their part seriously as if it will be aired on television. One of my favorite character is Tita Boy. Hahahaha! Thecy did a really good job especially Nikko a.k.a Belly Flory with his script. XP

Till next week. :)

Buried by books...

Posted by JONA at 8:57 PM 0 comments
"A soldier fights not because he hates the one in front of him..but because he loves those people behind him."
Since it's P.T. week AGAIN, I and my classmates have to review and once again open books even though we don't like, right? We also have to scan our notebooks just to get the grades we made this grading period and ooh! It's almost the end of the ever-exciting First Grading. Hahaha!

First day of P.T. was okay. I love English. I did encounter difficulties but still I managed to answer with all my knowledge. hahaha!!! The same with Filipino. As usual, it's more on essay but I had enhanced my talent in writing essays during my freshmen and sophomore years. Thanks to Ma'am Nila. XD Math was a little bit hard for me,especially the optional. XD hahaha!! Good thing we don't have test in Advanced Statistics that day. (I didn't even open my Ad Stat. notebook. hehe.)

Unlike the first day, our second day was torture!! tsk tsk. Actually, I like Analytic Geometry but Iguess Anal Geom don't like me. :( I'm sure I'll get low grades with that subject. Hmm, we don't have A.P. test too which is good news for me since I haven't review for that. Hahaha! MAPEH was hard but thanks to the new cheating arrangement, I have 75% probability that I'll pass this subject. weeee.

Afternoon that day, we joined the mass for Kuya Jojo's burial (husband of our principal) which is very protective when it comes to our school. I remember when he called the attention of the truck driver who delivered some construction materials in our school because he made tracks of his tires on the muddy ground which will be used for our intramurals. Surely, he will be remembered as the Father of CNSHS.
Friday, we don't have classes and I forgot why? Hahaha! :)

Next post coming...

Nevermind..

"If we are not going to learn from the past, what is the point of having one?"

Today, I must go to Cyron's place but my mother didn't allow me to. (so sad) So I'm here in front of our old-fashioned computer for the last three hours.

Last Friday, we were dismissed early due to the storm but what kept me thinking is why did they dismissed us if the sun was up. Hmm.. I think I must not questioned what their decision was because they are the higher ones and besides I benefited a lot with that matter. I went home late because I went to somewhere else, without thinking that my family were already looking for me so I was scolded by my mother. That time I don't know what was going on with me and surprisingly answered her back. I really want to forget what happen but it's always flashing back. I'm really sorry, mother dear.

A while ago, my father called from somewhere and asked me if there were problems. I refused to say what my problem is and nearly cried. I don't want him to think about me and my problems and affect his works. I guess, I just have to solve it by myself. I can do it! Mwahaha! :))

Recently, I've been texting him and I think we're really okay now. Haha! (Guess who?) I thought we'll never be okay with each other after what happened but look! Haha! We're good friends and it's way better than we had before. :))

Farewell...

Posted by JONA at 8:49 PM 0 comments

This is it! Haha! I've been longing for this day to come. Not to offend my former seatmates, I said farewell to them with my usual happy face. (Ching!) This week, I felt I'm aaahh.. boosting with energy. Why? Let's start with my Monday.
Monday. Hmm, I was late for the first day of the week. What a shame! But that's just normal for me. I'm used to it. Good thing our teacher was not yet there. :) Saved by the bell! I always blame all of the people around me, including myself when I am late at school. Sometimes I'm blaming the bus itself. Haha! (crazy) Mondays, like I mentioned on my previous posts, are disaster but unbelievably not this week. Well, there's always first time, right?
Tuesday. Today is the deadline for the submission of our first draft of liham- paanyaya in Filipino. We compared the letters and found out that I'm lacking of one information and that is the name of the school! (What a shame again!) So I thought of a remedy... I have to eat my packed lunch this recess and I'll go outside to edit and print my work. There! Success but because it took me a long time to edit and print we thought we're late so we ran as fast as we could. And then, something happened with me and my skirt. It was ripped by the low fences inside the elementary school. Instead of worrying about my poor skirt, I just laugh at it and continued running. Haha! That's the most memorable experience since this school year started. Back to the scene where we were running, we can't even run anymore because of the comedy happened to my skirt. Upon arriving, we discovered that we don't have classes in Analytic Geometry. It means, all the efforts and running breathlessly and ripping off my skirt was useless. What the? Haha! But that was alright. At least, I made them laugh and I conquered all of the obstacles I have to face. Yeah! That afternoon, it was the induction of P.T.A. officers. We were glad that it was held that time of the day because all of us don't want to have the end of the world again. One of our Mommies sang as a representative of the whole 3rd years. I salute you, Mami! :)
Wednesday. I was the burial of Former President Cory Aquino which touched the hearts of every Filipino because of her aim to save the Philippines. Everyone joined and cooperate as our Former President's corpse lie beside her husband's grave. Thank you ,Tita Cory.
Also that day, we decided to finish our project in Statistics so we don't have anything to do before the second P.T. of the first grading. We did it with smile on our faces and we enjoyed each other's company. Fortunately, we haven't finished our project so we had to work it out this Saturday. Fun, here I come!
Thursday. NEW SEATING ARRANGEMENT!!! Yahii!! I'm so happy but it doesn't mean that I didn't enjoy my stay with my former seatmates. Actually, I had fun. I met new friends that I never thought I made friends with.. Haha! :) Since we change seats, familiar faces are to be seen everyday in a month. Fun? Hope so. :)
Well, of course week can't just pass without lessons learned from it. This week I learned how to balance my time, friends, things, etc. 'Till my next post!

Tears had fallen...

Posted by JONA at 8:06 AM 0 comments
"Although we naturally enjoy laughter than tears, we would have to accept that most of the wisdom we've gained along the way, we owe it to the sad times."

Often times, we cry because of sadness. We have what we called 'tears of joy'. Tears can express variety of emotions such as anger. Those tears had fallen by the time I realized I'm wrong.

Last Friday, it all work out well for me then suddenly when I'm on my way home, picking up my mother and my sister, I felt anger. I don't know why, I don't know to whom. I saw my sister using my cellphone and I said "What the?? That's mine! " Well, I just thought of that. I don't want to have cold war between me and my sister so I just kept quiet and say nothing. While staring at the window, I realized why I am angry. It's because my sister got my cell phone WITHOUT PERMISSION. Grrr. but still I managed to control my anger and leave it all inside me. When I arrived home, I showed my anger through making my little sister cry. I can't help it! Bad trip. Of course, I also showed weakness when I tears fell from my eyes. I can't believe I did that to my sister just for that device. Hayy.. I'm so sorry my baby sister. :(

Bucket of Popcorn!

"Friendship is not how long you've been together, not how much you've given or received, not how many times you've each other. It's how you value one another. "

At last, the ce
lebration of Chelzza's birthday had finally happened! Wahaha! Last Saturday, we went to SM Dasma to enjoy ourselves after a tiring week in school and also to celebrate her birthday even though we're few that time. Anyways, we had a lot of fun and a long bonding time, of course. Our main destination was the cinema because we were about to watch Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince that day. I went there ahead of time and actually I'm late also for our meeting time is 1:00. Wahaha! (Pinoy time)
Before I had discovered that the line for Harry Potter was long, I roam around inside the mall first. That was my first time to look closely to the stores and stands. It was bigger than I thought. Back to the topic, we tried to be on the first batch to watch the movie so we hurried to buy a bucket of popcorn for ourselves, tickets and drinks but we we're too late for it. And so we decided to take the second batch, eat first, buy something and roam. Soon, we found ourselves falling in line, eating the buckets of popcorn we bought earlier, and waiting for the opening of that cinema. We stayed there for almost an hour.

While entering the cinema, my slippers! Tsk. I tripped and ruined the havaianas slippers of my sister. Dead meat! When we already inside the cinema, I admit that we're too noisy but we can't help it! We're excited to watch Harry Potter, right? We even get scolded by one of the staff of the cinema. Wahaha! After that, we seperated ways with smile on our faces. I am very thankful that I have friends like them.. Peweet!

The movie was excellent! Great effects and great actors and actresses. It was kind of funny for me. Actually, that movie made me like all of its prevoius movies. Wahaha! Now I'm hunting for CDs of the prevoius Harry Potter movies. :)

Something changed my mind if it was the best bonding moments and I don't know what it is but still I consider that one of the best. Peeweet! I hope that will happen again with the whole 3N family.

Blow out!

The highlight of this week was the birthday of our adviser... Tenenen! Ma'am Juliet!!!! She had been our always supporting second mother for one year and I hope more years. Haha! Like one of our teacher say, it seldom happens that you have the same adviser for two consecutive years. So I am very thankful to have her. :) I think my classmates feel the same too. We held a program that morning to recognize her effort in making our family better. :) The climax of the recognition must have been the speech from our beloved adviser but due to some external forces, she wasn't able to deliver it. It's okay though. What matters was we show our gratitude, right?? Hmm, when one of our teachers ask who planned this recognition, well, I didn't manage to answer. Actually, I had no idea that there will be such awarding. Maybe some of our classmates talked about it but unfortunately, I'm just sabit to their plan and I can't resist to comment about that. Our Eskinita boys prepared a short dance number. I saw thier jolly faces while dancing. They were enjoying what they are doing. Our gift to her is a Red Ribbon cake courtesy of our classmate. :)

Judy Ann and Carisse had their birthdays on the same week so I greeted them with my happy face and ask for blow-out. Hahaha! Of course, I'm just joking but it's bteer if they take it seroiusly. :)

Pretender...

" We may be the best of friends but we may also be the worst of enemies. "

This quote reminds me of what happened for the past two weeks. I can't feel that I do belong. The worst is that the persons I treated and assumed that my "best friends" made me feel that way. I don't know if it is right to publish this but I have to let it all out because it's causing me too much pain and light insanity. >:(

Not all the time, you're on the dark corner of the your room by yourself and not all time, you're on the spotlight enjoying the claps and shouts of the crowd. This is what I had learned. Even the happiest person in the world have a moment of isolation, right? And I know it's hard to pretend that you're okay even though deep inside you're not. Sometimes, covering who you really are makes everything more complicated. (Based on my experiences.) No one knows who is the true me but me. Therefore, I can say that I'm a one of a kind pretender. Wahaha! (No side comments please.)

I know this blog doesn't have any connection with last week's happenings but this may uhm, show who I am.

What is the weather today?

Posted by JONA at 1:49 AM 0 comments
This week is so much fun though I'm disappointed with some of my grades. urg. Well, I don't want to talk about that. Haha!

Let me start last Friday. Since it was rainy day and "Isang" struck some places around the country and including our province, our principal decided to dismiss us 3:00 in the afternoon. We were very happy to hear that. We even cheered and shouted but some don't like it like my auntie. She said we must had been dismissed after lunch or lunch time. Me? I don't care as long as we don't have classes anymore for that day. Yehey!

Last Thursday, we had the induction of officers. I was assigned to get/deliver the food to the guest. Good thing John Paul arrived from Baguio that afternoon so I had a companion to help me in bringing. After we delivered it to the H.E. from the canteen and to the Gymnasium from the canteen, we were scolded by some of the teachers because we're very wet so we changed clothes and just exact to watch Between Benevolence rocks! Between Benevolence, a band consisting of four talented and serious juniors, ROCKS MORE! Haha! Good job!

I can't remember what happened on the previous days so I end my blog here. Thank God! :)

No problem!

This week was full of worries. It was scheduled for our first P.T. hay. XJ

The day before the first day of our P.T., I reviewed a little, knowing that our tests for tomorrow were easy for me. (I thought). Then I found myself, hurrying to mug up! I end up studying on the way to school. Good thing my friend, Mr. Conductor, wasn't there to annoy and disturb me. Haha! When I was about to take the test, I felt confidence because I reviewed. Yeah! \m/

Second day of P.T. was a disaster, I only studied two of the five subjects I was about to take! It took me hours to review a subject.wew! Time was running out so fast for me. When I look at our clock, it was 4:00 a.m., time to prepare myself to go to school. Tsk! So again, I have to review while bouncing in the bus. Unlike yesterday, I felt taking the test was a battle and I don't have any armor. Wah!

Research Club conducted a Research Symposium for the juniors and seniors for our future research study. I enjoy listening to the speaker because he cracked jokes and he was very approachable. He's one of a kind speaker and biologist. Bwahaha!  Since I'm with my friends, I never felt sleepy. (ows?) maybe sometimes, yes.

Stimuli, a band consisting of four talented seniors of our school, they ROCK! I love them.... as others do. Yeah! More power to Stimuli.
I missed vacuum..  Only three persons know who vacuum was because those three were very good observant. :) Cheers!

Virus detected!

I'm not into blogging lately, maybe because there were so many things to do these past few weeks but then I have to write something about them, unfortunately. Joking!

Game!
The talk of the class last last week was A(h1n1) virus. Of course, some parents were to the rescue regarding that matter so "free face masks for everyone"! Yehey! Actually, it was my first time to wear facemask. (childish?) I ruined mine. Nyay. It was hot that day so I didn't wore it that long. I just hang it on my right ear so whenever our teacher peek, she would think that I'm wearing it. Haha!

My group was assigned to fix and put some facts with connection to Mathematics so I print some facts the night before the deadline of the bulletin board. Haha! Atleast, I had contribution, right?

We spent a day where we just plan for the content of our bulletin board. Some said that we should have III-N awards. For me, that was brilliant!  In fact, all of the title-holders were very much deserving for their awards. Some were starting to take pictures for the "awards". Some were busy suggesting other features for the student's corner. Some had their own world.( in other words, O.P. ) Some were already eating. ( I'm one of those.) Someone suggested to make our corner like the "wanted list" (not sure) like in police stations. Some of us shouted what crimes are on their mind and someone was listing them on the board. Some were already preparing for their pictorial as criminals. In short, it was well-planned. Then suddenly someone asked our teacher if our plan was okay but she didn't approved it. ( so sad :(  ) but that's alright for me, since I'm not one of the assigned to work on the Student's corner. Haha!

Giving up?

Posted by JONA at 10:47 PM 0 comments

I can't remember exactly what the question was but I'm sure it's about giving up.
I came to the point where I thought giving up is the last option to end those sufferings.

Why?

First, because no one helped me in time of my need or I can't recognize them because my mind was focused on the negative side. "No man is an island." Each one of us needs a friend but that time I felt everyone was my enemy that's why I PLANNED to give up.

Second, everyone has problems but I'm not brave enough to face and solve them like others do. I'm afraid of losing.

Third, I'm tired.

Next blog coming.....

Spanish class...

Posted by JONA at 4:10 PM 3 comments
Another thing, I'm excited to have Spanish class even though it will consume our recess time and leisure time (wahaha!) .

At first, I'm not into Spanish because I don't find a reason why I should study it but as days passed, some of my classmates and juniors as well were speaking in Spanish and I can't help to ask what are they talking about. Later on, I found myself looking for some Spanish words just to answer my classmates' greetings or just to be IN their Spanish conversations. Realizing that learning Spanish would be fun and useful, I started to familiarize some of the words and making sentences out of it. (improving!) Now, whenever one of my classmates is speaking in Spanish, I can answer him/her immediately. ^^

Wahaha! I'm addicted in blogging now and also in playing Mafia wars. tsk :)

Earthwatch Teens..

Posted by JONA at 3:16 PM 0 comments
The highlights of this week is the presentation of Earthwatch Teens. I enjoyed cheering  our representatives and my so-called "idols". Yeah.

Before I watched the presentation, we had first the election for the First Year Representative of the Supreme Student Government. As usual, the candidates were still shy but then I think they delivered their speech well. Elected 1st year representative will be announced on flag ceremony on Monday. We should do the gisa thingy to them but because we're running out of time, we didn't have the chance to do it. (so sad)

It's time for the presentation of Earthwatch Teens. We prepared ourselves for the screams and shouts of the supporters of each representative. We gave in our best to vociferate when Mizpah and Vhil (our Earthwatch Teens) were called. WAAAAAAAA!!!! (full support!) We also cheered for the others, since they were our friends and idols as well. I thought there will ba a perfermance from them but then I just thought of that. :)

On my way home,I don't know if I heard it right but when I asked my uncle if who was that they're talking about, it's Michael Jackson. I was shocked! I don't want to believe that sad news but djs of the radio station, I'm tuning in confirmed it. Yes folks, the King of Pop had passed away. I don't know what really happened but some says it is due to cardiac arrest. He contributed a lot to music industry... his songs, his moves.. How could anyone forget that? I assure that he will be remembered as the biggest pop sensation of all times.

We weren't able to have our flag retreat maybe because it's too late and we're all tired. (Is that an excuse??)  Wahaha! Well, 'till my next blog. :)

No Entry!

Posted by JONA at 3:45 PM 0 comments
Since I don't have post last week, I'll just make another and this time it's way too personal. xD

Wondering why my post title is "No Entry!"? Well, that is because of my sister who keeps entering my room without permission and making it messy. What she's doing makes me very very angry- throwing my things, jumping on my bed, hiding my stuffed toys, trying out my jewelries and not returning them where she got it,eating inside (that's prohibited!) and worst, messing with my books and notebooks. She even ripped one of the pages of the book in English ( not sure) accidentally. Oh really?! She's just naturally naughty, that's why! From then on, I'm not leaving my books in our house anymore. When I say my room, it's only MINE. I'm not fond of sharing with my siblings unless my parents told me so. Yah, I'm selfish. :)

I'm sure there are lots of leaves to sweep tomorrow because of the storm. I have to save my energy so bye for now. Haha! :)

Half Smile....

wah. It took me hours just to be in this page. I hate our internet connection. Anyways, hmm... PERSONAL. How can I make my blog personal without offending someone?? (Yah, that's difficult.) Let's begin with last week's happenings.

Hm, last week..... urgh. I can't recall what happened! I changed my mind,I'll just tell you what happened this week. Haha.

Last Monday, we were successful in leading the flag ceremony even though six of my boy classmates weren't there but since they were the ones who choreograph our exercise, I still thanked them for the excellent moves we had done. We were so blessed, we have them in our family. :) (Get well soon boys!) Next, another remarkable thing in our flag ceremony was the Food For Thought delivered by Robert. For that time ONLY, I admit it, I idolize him. Yay!

Since John Paul (president), Joshua(vice president) weren't around, we (AK, Camille, Jap, and me) volunteered to be the acting presidents for that day. It was fun and tiring. Wahaha! Come to think of it, four crazy students were in-charge. (disaster) ^__________^

Lunch break. We (Ariane, Bobby, Camille, Chelzza, Denise, Jap, Lara , and me) decided to eat at Red Plate(a small restaurant located at the Polar building) and so, we went there. I really like the place- the staffs were very accommodating, delicious food (selective), nice murals (murals??? are they?), music, and especially the refreshing red ice tea!! but what disappoint me was their service. (You know what I mean.) Noticing the time, we ate as fast as we could as soon our orders arrived. (In fact, we're naturally fast eaters. No doubt.) Dead meat! It's time! We ran very fast regardless that we had just ate and might have appendicitis. Fortunately, we found one tricycle to ride on but.... HOW CAN EIGHT PERSONS FIT IN ONE TRIKE?? amp. On the way, we still managed to talk about our future slash what will happened to us, we're late! One of us, said " It's okay. It's Mam Jenette, she's kind." so, I told them that when we're still freshmen, we experienced how to be outstanding in class because we're late.  Take note: Mam Jenette was our teacher. They became nervous and so did I yet in the end.... our teacher was in good mood, allowed us to go inside and warned that this will be the last time. Yeah! Love you Mam!

Pau was right. Every time it's AP class, I feel like it's the end of the world! I'm not exagerrating, it's just that, I'm afraid my grades might crash if I won't participate. Even though it's not obvious, I'm nervous when Mam Evelyn calls my name and I don't have any idea about that lesson. In English class, we discussed that it is hard to listen if you don't want that topic and so, I seldom listen. That's why I rate my listening skills, 4. Ever since, I hate AP but what can I do??? It's part of every curriculum in every school. In this case, I can say that I am studying not because I want to but because I have to.

I really hate those people who are saying "VERY ONLY!VERY TOOOT THAT'S ME EH!" (I just hate them ever time they're saying that" I hate it. why? In the first place, no originality. They just got it from the higher year. Second, if we trade places, I'm the one saying that and you're the one I'm barraging, what will you feel??? Actually, saying the word "very" is already a part of our daily uhm.. life?. so it's very irritating!! ggrrr... >.<

The best thing that happened to me last Tuesday was knowing some chismax. I'm one of a kind. What do you expect?? I'm a girl and girls are, let's say, chismosera. '', The worst was lending my cellphone to my sister for A WEEK because she's boarding near her school in Manila. That's why, my classmates aren't receiving my quotable gms for a couple of days. Well, that's life. hay.

NO CLASSES TODAY. :) See you on my next blog.

Homework week??!!

Posted by JONA at 11:03 AM 1 comments
Didn't you (classmates) notice?? This week is HOMEWORK WEEK! Before, I use only one bag everyday but it became two when second week started. They were full of books to read (but I read only few) and notebooks to write on our assignments. The week had just started but then there were already lots of homeworks to do but well, that's part of being a student. >.< I really hate MONDAYS!! I don't know the reason why did I say so. Good thing my friends were there to make me laugh. I don't have something else to say about Mondays except it's been a torture for me. Tuesday wasn't fun for me too. Hmp.

WEDNESDAY. Everything was ordinary until bad news came though for me it's not a bad news. That is, all 3rd yrs. will move to their respective assigned room. (Am i right??) Come to think of it. - no classes, no worries just clean. How can you say it's bad news??? And so, we cleaned,
carried our chairs and tables, transferred our things to the room where we will be staying, and fixed what we have to fix . After those, we had a break and played Mafia. It is a game that almost all of us enjoyed. In this game, you don't know who to vote and who the real Mafia is. It's very funny when looking at their facial expressions especially when the GM says "Good for the Mafia!" Can't relate? Ask me for more details. I wish to play Mafia with the whole class, I'm sure it'll be a lot of fun. Another thing, I played the role of Mafia on the last round and I succeed!! Bwahaha! We finished what we have to do and went home tired but happy. :)

THURSDAY. I started the day laughing at myself! I forgot that we had moved to the real 3N room so I took the way where I used to pass before, junior's avenue. Jed noticed me laughing and asked me why. He started laughing and told me that he also did the same. We laugh and laugh and laugh. I and my girlfriends, Ariane,Camille, Chelzza, Denise, Lara (alphabetical) stayed near the lockers on the right side of the room and talked about many things. I think starting next week, that will be our "tambayan".
FRIDAY. No classes! Yey! It had been a long week and everybody deserve the three rest days to come. ^^, Even though my first two days aren't as fine as others, I considered this week the most challenging of all.

Thanks for reading. :]]

The beginning....

Posted by JONA at 7:49 AM 2 comments

Summer was over and here comes classes. New things, new teachers, and new classmates, they made me excited and nervous at the same time. In fact, I didn't miss much my sophomore life because I know the ones part of it will always be part of the new world I'm entering, the JUNIOR LIFE.

On the first day, no one talked too much like before, maybe because we're still adjusting and waiting for someone to burst and make everyone laugh like Jap would always do. He makes the whole class lively. As days passed by, we're slowly getting used to each other's face and attitudes, so far so good! Eating is our habit. Every lunch break, we go to the corner of the room and share our food with each other. Chatting while eating on the floor makes every lunch break more fun!. We really enjoy each other's company. I hope this wouldn't last.

The weather made this week more complicated than ever. It rained so hard that my socks got wet! I even wait for announcements about suspensions of classes. Well, it's just the start of the school year and I'm sure more good things will come our way. First week of classes was very tiring but somehow and someday, we'll get use to it, I know.
