WEEKDAYS+SATURDAYS=DISTRESS

Before, I'm so happy that we don't have Saturday classes unlike other schools. Now?? It's okay for me but I was surprised when it was announced that we will be having them. When I heard it, one thing enters my mind- no more leisure. I found it hard to wake up early since it's already programmed to me that every Saturday, I'll wake up late. I found it hard to all of the assignments in just a day. And I found that my time for my family is limited and also my time for myself.

So far my Saturday classes were fine. Actually it had been finer than the usual school days. We seldom have classes so its just like normal Saturday with your friends. Happy 4th grading! J

EDGY…

First day of classes should not be as scary as like this. Today, a conference between parents and teachers was held regarding our violation concerning punctuality. When we're writing what we really did, I felt nothing. I discovered that we won't be suspended. Half of me said "Yes!" and the half said "Owwww!". During the Christmas break, I tried to absorb the fact that all of us will be suspended and I did it. I even think what I will do on those days. But then, I was not. We were not. And I'm very grateful to know that. I don't want to bring problems to my parents anymore so I'm trying to discipline myself and set limits on what I will do and how I will act.

We had oration and declamation this week and I can say that I don't excel in any of those. Hehehe. In oration, I think I did fine even though I just memorized this morning. In declamation, well, I guess it's better not to be elaborated.

This week, one of my friends treat us ice cream and ate it together. First, we ate lunch in 7 11, fitting in 6 small chairs. (note: we're 8). We can't move our elbows but nothing could stop us from eating. Since our friend received her money from the paluwagan, we convinced her to buy ice cream. We decided to continue eating later recess because it was too big and we're already full that time. Definitely, all of us won't forget cookies and cream ice cream. :P

HEAVENLY FIREWORKS

Happy New Year! Before we face New Year, we went to MOA and spent some time bonding, shopping, and even playing there. Every moment with family is definitely happy when each has the will to be happy. Every Sunday we were going to church and ate in different restaurants to try new dishes. Sometimes, we will just buy tofu and cooked at home. I helped my father and my sister with preparing the tofu. Actually, I was the one who's slicing the tofu and pork and making the sauce- soy sauce and vinegar with chilies. Weee!

New years can get any better without fireworks. Even though we had just few fireworks, I enjoy blowing torotot and taking pictures. The best firework for me is the fountain. I want to picture using my digicam but unfortunately, I can't find it. Hahaha! Anyways, the best part is eating… wiwit! I ate all of the palitaw which was given to us by my auntie. Hehehe. I also liked the Kare-Kare of my sister. At first, I don't want to taste it 'cause its her first time to cook the dish. Hoping my classmates won't tease me.

Somehow my new year was fun even though the someone I mentioned on my last post did the same thing to me. I got hurt again but not as intense as the previous one. Maybe it's because I got used to it. That time, I just can't resist thinking what will happen next. I'm very dedicated to that someone that I'll do anything. (echos!) smile! J

CHRISTMAS BREAK…

BREAK. Christmas breaks bring joy to everyone. It gives us relaxation for the year's hard works. I did enjoy my Christmas even though I had missed my friends so much. Anyways, this Christmas we didn't prepare a lot of foods since there's no one to help my father in cooking. And as far as I remember, my parents had a quarrel that time. Well, I just ignore them. I don't get easily affected with fights of adults and thought that it was just a simple problem. But I was wrong. The last time I saw my mother that night was she was crying while my father is talking. I can't believe he could say that. December 25, morning, we went to my auntie's house. We stayed and ate lunch there. Everything seems so fine, exactly opposite of what I witnessed last night. But once more, I'm wrong. My grandparents discovered the quarrel and talk heart-to-heart. I heard the word I'm scared of saying and hearing. To fool myself that I didn't hear it, I just watched T.V. and show interest in what I'm doing. Since then, they had never been okay.

I myself had problems too. I don't really pay attention to my parent's quarrel since someone caught mine. This someone injured my most important organ. (hehe) I got hurt so much that I can't even make a fake smile.Well, I guess that happened with reason, maybe there's a lesson behind it. I just don't know what it is.

LONGEST LINE…

Everyone's busy for the upcoming Christmas Party, tree planting and entrance examination of incoming 1st year students.

Morning. First, parents and teachers had a meeting about tree-planting in the gym. After that, they went behind the Chem and Physics lab to cut the withered trees of banana and replace them with the fruit-bearing and forest trees we brought. Students helped in carry the plants from the front of the building to the garden.

For the Christmas party, I volunteered to bring barbeque with other two classmates but we don't know how to marinate so we seek the help of our adviser. On that day, we bought pork and other ingredients so she can marinate it even in short time. Our barbeque turns out delicious and edible. Hehe! Thanks to Ma'am!

The highlight of our Christmas party for me is the game, LONGEST LINE. The mechanics is to form a line from the things we wore, we have including ourselves. The prize- plus points to some subjects. That motivated us a lot. Everyone's determined to win this game and I think our section had the greatest fighting spirit among the juniors. While boys are removing their shirts an even their pants, I'm just there fixing, making sure that every thing was in place, and laughing since I don't have much to contribute. I untied the laces of every shoe I passed when fixing. At last, countdown starts. We started to lie on the fields extending on the basketball court before the counting ends. Alas! We won! But wait, there's the twist. We must put everything back in place. In that case, we didn't win but at the end, it's just a joke. Hehe! That's the best Christmas party for me. The most memorable was the group hug of all the 3rd years and the singing of "Star ng Pasko" with my classmates while staring at the big star of the building. J
